Mediation cost depends on the type of case—whether it’s divorce, workplace, or government-related—and the complexity of the issues involved.
court-ordered referred mediations are bill at a reduced rate of $125/per hour with a two-hour minimum.
divorce (pre/post), parenting plans, child custody, child support mediations are billed at $150.-$250/per hour based on the complexity of the issues. $500 retainer fee required
Corporations and workplace mediations cost and retainer fees are based on the number of parties and the complexity of the issues. Contact our office to discuss your needs and the applicable fees.
*Retainer fees will be applied to your session until absorbed
